The Hel Peninsula - a narrow strip of land torn from the sea, located on the central section of the Polish coast. During the holiday season, the fishing towns located there turn into bustling resorts populated with tourists. Thirsty for sun and beer, loud chatter attracts people from all over Poland. Hotels and guesthouses fill up, the air constantly smells of fried fish and waffles. Through all these sounds and smells, there are still others, the sound of the waves and the scent of the sea. The coast is a place associated by many with relaxation, sun, fun, free time, moments spent looking at the horizon, sunrise and sunset.
We got up late, it was already hot outside. After breakfast, celebrated for a long time, eaten in a trailer or cafe, it was time to walk along the pier or along the seashore. After the walk, you could start thinking about lunch, which usually consisted of fish or pasta. After eating, we rested on the beach, watching kitesurfers and others practicing various water activities. Of course, when the weather was right, we also bathed in the sea. In the evenings we watched the sunsets sipping red wine and went to sleep to rest after a day of work.

This album is too small to treat the material contained in it as complete in the context of holidays on the Hel Peninsula. If I were to compare its content to time, I would say that it is like one day out of the month.

For those who were before us and the ones who will come after us.
